Hi Stranger
Marooned in the middle
We can tether to each other
Beneath this tiny umbrella

Doing a little shuffle
We tap-danced across the puddles
Made it across the other side
But I’m drenched on my right side

Parting our ways
To get to the rest of our day
We found space between the rain
